Marc-Anthony Reale M.OMSc - Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in Midtown Toronto
As someone passionate about movement and the human body—whether in the gym, on the field, or in the clinic—I’ve dedicated my career to helping people move better, feel better, and live pain-free. My hands-on, holistic approach to wellness led me to osteopathy, where I discovered the tools to not only address symptoms but also identify and treat the root causes of dysfunction.
I am a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner based in Midtown Toronto, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Practice in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a professor of osteopathic physiology, guiding the next generation of osteopaths and staying at the forefront of evidence-based practice.
In my practice at Still Collective Osteopathy & Wellness on Yonge Street, I have successfully helped patients overcome chronic pain conditions such as back pain, plantar fasciitis, migraines, and tension headaches—issues that often persist despite other treatments. I specialize in creating personalized, whole-body treatment plans that relieve pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life.
Whether you’re struggling with chronic discomfort, recovering from an injury, or seeking to improve your alignment and mobility, my goal is to support your body’s natural ability to heal and perform at its best. If you’re looking for a holistic, patient-centered approach to chronic pain relief in Toronto, I invite you to book a consultation and take the first step toward better health.
Services
Osteopathic Manual Therapy
Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT) is a holistic, hands-on approach rooted in a deep understanding of how the body’s systems—muscular, skeletal, nervous, and circulatory—are all interconnected. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, osteopathy works to uncover and address the underlying imbalances that may be affecting your health. Through gentle, informed touch, practitioners help support the body’s natural rhythm, ease areas of strain, and encourage self-healing. It’s a collaborative and whole-person approach that promotes long-term wellness, balance, and resilience.
