For clarity:

  • “You” refers to the user, visitor, or prospective/present client.

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Still Collective Osteopathy and Wellness.

  • “Website” means the website and any interactive applications or platforms including the Jane App portal.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website in a lawful and responsible manner. Unauthorized actions, including disrupting functionality, attempting unauthorized access, or posting harmful content, are prohibited.

4. No Medical Advice

All content on the Website—including text, images, videos, or articles—is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or seek qualified medical help. Your use of the Website does not establish a patient-practitioner relationship with us.

5. Privacy & Personal Health Information

Our Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to that policy. The way we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal health or contact information is governed by it.

6. Account Credentials

If you register or log in via the Jane App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Do not share your login with others.

7. Intellectual Property & License

All materials on the Website—including branding, design, content, and layout—are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and download content solely for personal, non‑commercial use. Any reuse, republication, sale, or distribution of our content without written permission is prohibited.

8. Links to Other Sites

We may provide links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Access at your own risk. If you feel a link is inappropriate, please contact us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, security, or fitness for purpose. Your use is at your own risk. 15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, and any consent documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Still Collective Osteopathy and Wellness regarding the Website.
